Jackie Curtis made contact with the Factory in 1965, but it was not until 1968 (Flesh) that he made a film. Of all the drag performers, he was the one to accentuate the duel roles of being male and female, being Greta Garbo or James Dean. He performed with the Play-House of the Ridiculous and wrote several plays including Glamour, Glory, and Gold, Heaven Grand in Amber Orbit, and Femme Fatale.
