(a.k.a. Billy Linich, born Poughkeepsie, February 22, 1940)

Billy Name was a central figure in the Silver Factory; he designed the all-silver installation in early 1964 , provided all-competent technical assistance, shot over 8000 photographs, and served not only as the caretaker of the space but also as "the protector of the chaos" in Mary Woronov's words.
